Cara is a labour relations expert and senior human resources consultant, providing investigations expertise and advice to employers in the municipal and postsecondary settings since 2015. She specializes in human rights and discrimination complaints and respectful workplace, harassment and bullying complaints.
She enjoys conducting disciplinary investigations including serious misconduct, and Criminal Code violations such as sexual assault, assault, theft and fraud.
